Chuck and I both missed you a lot and it was so much fun hearing about your trip.  What wonderful memories to share with your own children someday.

Spirituality:

Read pages 34 and 35 in The Power of a Praying Kid.

Language Arts:

Do pages 14 and do page 15 on  “Pirates” in  Reading Comprehension, Grade 7-8

 Watch the movie on pronouns on BrainPop.  Then take the classic test to see how well you did.

 Do page 13 on Personal Pronouns in Language Arts, grade 6.

Decision Making:

What are the pros and cons of going on another 7-day bike ride next year?

1. Take a piece of paper and draw a line right down the middle. 
2. At the top of the left side, write all the reasons to go on another bike ride. 
3. On the right side write all the reasons not to go on another bike ride.  Be honest and really think about it.

Journaling:
What are four things you missed on the bike ride that you didn’t think you would, and what were four things you learned that you didn’t know before you went?

Math:
Final review of  decimals and fractions. 

Science:
BrainPop study of heat which is the fuel source for your Stirling Engine.
